Ultra slow internet-browsing!!!

Got this acer in late april this year and i have been completely dissapointed. I expected it to run smoothly with documents as my cousin had this laptop with windows 7 and it was all fast and way faster than mine. Currently i have windows 8 and internet-browsing is so ultra slow! Flash player keeps crashing every minute i do something, and when i want something to load it took me atleast 5 minutes to load the acer community. Longest waiting time i've had is 10 minutes, wow... :smileyfrustrated:

 

I have factory reseted all my things and it has continued doing this. My dad's HP laptop has a AMD processer nearly the same as mine and his laptop was 100 bux cheaper and faster! What the jolly!? 

 

Im actually fine with MS word, they run decent but publisher can kinda lag abit. I went on google docs to do my homework and it was IMPOSSIBLE to do it. It took atleast 7 minutes to load the whole presentation page and every click i do or type any word it would still not respond and come up with the 'Flash/Shockwave player is not responding'. Im not sure but it becomes normal and only a tiny bit slow at times, but that happens rarely and when im only lucky.

I am ultra dissapointed with this and want to give a return but it already has been 2 weeks so i can't return it.

I may never get a acer again... My sister is also experimenting problems with her acer laptop, thanks acer! -_-

I definitely know that this could be frustrating when you have issue with the new computer.

 

It would be helpful if you mention the model number of your computer. There are may many new updates released from both Acer and Microsoft after new computer are shipped from the factory. I would suggest you to check the WiFi driver and BIOS version are updated on your computer.

 

You also have the option to contact Acer support in your region and get the issue resolved.
