Hi,

Sometimes when I close the lid on my laptop, it shuts down the next time I open it and lose all the work I have on it. Is there a way to resolve this problem and have the laptop stay in a sleeping mode?

try to disable LPM in intel RST driver to see if it can solve this problem.

I have changed the setting, hopefully it resolves the issue!

However, sometimes my computer randomly shuts off even though I haven't closed my lid, and the laptop is just lying on a table. Is there a way to resolve this problem?
