Hi mi notebook isn't loading windows 8 just starts shows a blue screen and reboots then says automatic repair then a black screen where i can see the mouse pointer but I can do nothing else.

I have tried enter safe mode (f8), d2d recovery (alt+f10) and booting from a windows 8 installation disk but noting seems to work.

What I should do now? this is frustrating I can't do nothing!!

If you can't even reload with disks, then there is most likely a hardware problem. I suggest contacting technical support in your region to inquire about warranty service options.
