Aspire Switch 11, Windows 10, brightness issue

Hello everyone.

I have been using the Aspire Switch 11 for a couple months now, and recently have faced this problem of the brightness not being adjustable at all. Its set to full brightness, but I'm used to working with the brightness low due to my photosensitivity migraine problems.

Here is a screenshot of the System Settings not letting me adjust the brightness level at all, being greyed out.

I also uninstalled, reinstalled and rolled back the driver settings in Display Adapters, going to new ones, to the Basic one. Nothing works. The hotkey for volume works just fine. But the fn + < key doesnt decrease the brightness.

If anyone can help, I'd be forever grateful.

Thanks.

EDIT
Sorry, just wanted to add this as well:

There is a yellow triangle on the HD Family Graphics Card, but when I try to update it, it says its fully up to date.

Maybe thats causing the issue? What should I do?

In power options, there's a little setting called Adaptive Brightness. You must turn it off.

Refer to google for more info about Adaptive Brightness.
