ACER SWITCH E - CANNOT READ USB FOR RECOVERY

I really need help!

My Acer Switch E will just turn on with its logo then a blue screen that says RECOVERY will appear after that.

Either I will put a recovery disk or recovery usb to install Windows but it seems the pc itself won't read the the usb that I have Windows installed with. The dock seemed to be working fine when I hover the mouse in the screen.

But the thing is the pc instructed me to either press the windows button to use a different installation or access the UEFI Settings which the button doesn't seem to work.

Do I need to have an OTG wire so I can plug in the USB directly to the tablet or do I really need to plug in the USB to the dock that doesn't seem work?

enter BIOS pressing F2 key at boot, check if you can enable F12 boot menu key, if so, enable it and then press F10 to save and exit.

at next boot with the USB recovery plugged, press F12 and choose the USB flash drive to boot.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
