Did the keys never worked? Or have they recently stopped working?

If they have recently stopped working, check if you have a restore point that is older than the day you started facing this issue. If you have such a restore point, try doing a system restore by following the steps mentioned in the article below:

    tried everything..
    did not worked..
at run, typed services.msc then at human interface device acces>properties, changed startup type to 'automatic' and pressed 'start' below service status. it worked for once.
but, after i restarted my laptop, it didn't work again..
    now, what can i do...???

When you restarted your computer, was the human interface device service still working or had it stopped working?
If the service stops working after restart, then it's probably a software conflict issue, where some other 3rd party software might be interfering with the touchpad drivers. You can try doing a clean boot to check if that is the case.
