hi there,i am using the acer proshield now.It used to be perform flawlessly to me especially the personal secure drive. However, recently the acer proshield is showing the message "this function was locked by. Please contact administrator..." and so on. Could i get some solutions or troubleshootings on this issue? I got my stuffs being locked in the personal secure drive.

I also get the same message after upgrading to windows 8.1. I managed to register my fingerprints and was then unable to log in using my fingerprint. I went to check the registration page again - and pouf it was gone and I only saw this message. 

I tried to reset the TPM module from tpm.msc and did it but it did not resolve the issue.
