I bought an Acer Aspire R7 572 a few days ago, and I really like it! But when I try to start Acer Scrapboard the program tells me "Picture Folder is not available" and "Access is denied Acer Scrapboard". And nothing more is to be done with that program.

And when I after that try to start MemoryBinder it begins to start,  but then dies, it will not start.

Does anybody have any suggestions what I should do?

If you are having problems with this software, I suggest trying to uninstall the software completely then reinstall the programs. We have an article on how to obtain these programs and other Acer Touch Tools.

Thank you for your answer. But it did not help. But it is not important. The other Acer tools, Acer touch Tools and Acer Screen Grasp works perfectly, and they are of more use.

And Acer Aspire R7 is a beautiful machine!
