This machine has a 1 TB HHD but I want to use this HDD as a secondary storage only, and install SSD for OS. How do I get Windows 8 OS ?

First of all, follow the SETPS to create the recovery media (on USB drive) from your computer.

You could use this recovery media to install Windows on the hard drive.

In case this recovery media does not work with the SSD, you need to purchase recovery media from Acer.
