You can use the official Outlook.com app : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.
Or you can use the default android email app :
Just enter you email address and password and it should discover all server informations automatically.
If not, use Exchange type, and fill informations as follow :
Domain\user : \email@example.com
Password : Your password
Server : dub-m.hotmail.com
User SSL : Yes
