Liquid E3 Problems

Hello,

 

I've had my E3 for around three months now and have a few problems which hopefully someone can assist with:

 

Initially the phone has connected to my incar bluetooth telephone immediately but over the past few weeks it 'forgets' it is paired with the car and does not connect automatically.

 

As a result of this advice from the support centre I did a factory reset but now it will not update any apps via Google Play.

 

I have yet to try the bluetooth again as the app issue concerns me more at the moment.

 

All my account have been signed into and Play knows who I am etc.

 

All contacts are there from the back-up done prior to the reset. 

 

Other issues are a very low ring tone even when using outdoor settings, a data connection symbol in the drop down menu which shows always connected even when not, and poor signal.

 

Any advice/Help is appriciated before I call them back later this week.

    Hello

     

    The build  number is Acer-AV052-E380-1.006.00-EMEA-3UKs

     

    I think I have managed to sort out the play issue by restarting the phone again but now the pattern lock has started to play up.

     

    Acer Tech support have advised to change to a PIn number and back to the pattern which seems to have worked.

     

    Only tried the bluetooth once so far so will see how it goes.
