Easystore - No folders

Wanted to change the folder access rights (i.e. create a read only folder for a new employee). Eliminated the single existing rule and wanted to make two new ones. But the easystore, all of the sudden, is unable to show the clickable folder tree. Keeps saying "loading". Without the folder tree I cannot complete the access setup and without the old rule I cannot access the files anymore. What is this all about ? System says all is working.

 

Any work around ? Hardware reset, or do I loose all data.

    Do you have the recover disk? Did you reboot it? Reboot may recover the deleted file.

    I have the same problem. (I know publication is of the 2015)

    All is well so far. No errors, but the last few days maybe something sloly.
    Suddenly I did not have access, turn off the drive and after starting only 2 directories and no permissions. Users exist, but no permissions.

     

    How do you solve the problem?
