Hi

Recently my Acer has started to freeze, shutdown itself and i ended up finding it was a memory problem...As it has built-in memory, is there a way to replace them for a new one? If so, how?

    Greetings.

Yes, there is a way, and that is by going to the store where you bought it and ask them to replace it. Or go to the nearest Acer station and hand it over to them. Hope this helps.

Which Acer is it & why do you think there is a memory problem ?

I did manage to install a new OS, and during its usage the laptop kept displaying error messages point to memory issues...The SSD is clean and has no issues (i checked it using Hirens Boot).

I live in Mozambique and we do not have any ACER representative in country...The laptop was purchased out of country!

OK. Still need to know what the model number or first 10 of the s/n is to identify what model you have to determine how/if the memory can be replaced.

Think that one has 4 GB onboard plus a DIMM slot for up to 8 GB additional DDR3L-RS SDRAM.
