BSOD on Revo One RL85 after hibernation

Hi everyone,

I bought a new Revo One RL85 in February and I got BSOD very soon after first use. It always happens after hibernation, and I get a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. BlueScreenView returns a 0x00000124 bug code and tells me that hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe both crashed (address in stack: hal.dll+3627f and ntoskrnl.exe+2270a4).

I googled my issue and found it was probably heat-related (or hardware-related). The problem is, the PC is new and the heat is very low after sleep. Furthermore, if it was a hardware issue, it would happen on other times.

I tried removing all the USB devices and third-party software, updated all the drivers but it keeps happening. Strangely, I never get a BSOD after the first hibernation on a new session.

What I want to know is if there is a way I can troubleshoot this hal.dll problem myself, or if the only thing I can do is send the PC back to Acer.

Thank you.
