Hi everyone,

I have bought an acer predator xb281hk but I do not get a proper calibration. Can anyone post his/her calibration settings for that model?.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi zelok.

I haven't got anything at the moment. This is my current configuration:

    • Brightness: 35
    • Contrast: 50
    • R: 50
    • G: 50
    • B: 50
    • Gamma: Gaming

    Could you post yours?

Hey, i remeber i used about the same setting with gamma on gaming.
But a couple days ago i returned my monitor to a computerstore here in sweden and the where going to look at it and if the could not figure it out the would sent the monitor to acer.

He also said in the store if it was any hardware problems with it the would probably sent a new one, and if it was not it is a problem with my 980 ti :/

Id recommend you talk to the store where you bought it Smiley Happy

Ok, zelok. If that computerstore solves the problem, tell it to me.

Anyway, here are my new settings for gaming:

    • Brightness: 65
    • Contrast: 35
    • R: 75
    • G: 75
    • B: 75
    • Gamma: Gaming

    Now the games look better.

I was able to get the correct icc profile when I downloaded the drivers from acer directly.
If you go to their product support page, enter your SNID, download the driver, then install it
you can then update the icc profile in the windows color management app.
then for monitor settings I use:

    brightness: 80
    contrast: 50
    Gamma: gaming
    color temp: warm

and everything looks great! hope this helps
