Well you can try undervolting CPU through intel extreme tuning utility or throttle stop, this will help bring temps down but your keyboard will still be warm to the touch. You can also limit your frames to 60 so your laptop isn't chugging so hard all the time uneccessarily.

Yea it is normal to have heat come up through the keyboard for any laptop. And also is inherent in most if not all gaming laptops. You can try undervolting your CPU to reduce temps but the keyboard will still be warm to the touch. What games are you playing?

never play games on laptop while charging by this way your pc runs at max speed but your battery life will drain faster and the rising temperature might be not good for laptops
try to charge the laptop before u play and after the charge is depleted plug the chager and run the predator sense and run the fans in custom speed at 5000rpm so that pc can be cooled. and never ever place you laptops on bed or lap while playing games keep something down the laptop to give proper ventillation to the laptops.

This is a misnomer. I have been doing this for well over a decade now - and with zero issues. Laptops are designed for these things. Unless you have high performance plan selected, it would not run the laptop hot all the time.
A customized power plan would help much better.

Try getting a usb fan and directing it to the north of Function keys. This helps cool them quite a bit.
Leave the fans on auto, with cool boost turned on, if available.
You could try using software like ThrottleStop to undervolt slightly - this too lowers temperatures.
And most importantly, try to keep the surface where you put laptop have free air flow - this can be done by increasing laptop height to about an inch using pads under feet, using laptop cooler and such.
