I was both using chrome and playing a game when this happened. I was using alt tab to switch between the two, at one point it alt tab no longer worked so I manually switched to the game and closed it.

Upon checking whether chrome works or not(which it did) I check if I could use any of the other shortcuts (alt d to save some stuff and alt w to close some tabs). None of them worked. So I decided to close every thing and then proceeded to shut down the computer, but accidently clicked restart. Which led to the computer screen going black. The computer will not shut down after 2 hours, nor will the manual shut down (power button) do anything. (Tried to open task manager as before hand).
