Hi,

yesterday i've had a problem with my laptop: it didnt turn on without the cable plugged in. So i've upgrade driver with driver boost (there was an alert: driver peripherical system missed) and the solution worked.

But today i have experimented the same problem: laptop doesnt start without a cable and there was a windows alert: battery connected but not in charge. I upgraded thunderbolt driver via acer care center and after few reboot battery seemed works fine.

But for now im sperimenting this: if the cable is not plugged, the system works but randomly it shutdown, if i turn it on, it start even without a cable and the battery seems works.

I dont think is an hardware problem (battery works, i've tested it with acer care center and battery info view)

Now i'm trying to do a complete charge and see what happens. any suggestion? Thanks in advance

Try pressing and holding the pinhole reset button on the bottom of your laptop for a SOLID 40 seconds then try again.
