Try installing the newest driver from Nnvida's website.

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Hm, I find it strange that your intel HD graphics is not there too. Can you download HWiNFO or another 3rd party software and see if it will show your GPU? I believe you can also check in BIOS, whether it recognises the GPU.

You can also try downloading the latest intel hd graphics driver to see if you will be able to install it. You are missing this section display drivers and usually there are displayed 2 GPUs - Intel HD graphics 530 and the Nvidia GPU.

Your laptop model is g9-593. Go to device manager and click on action and then scan for hardware changes. Then if your GPU doesn't appear then again in action click on add legacy software, but before that go to view and show hidden devices. Hope this works.

EDIT: When you click on add legacy software just follow the steps

To check your BIOS version in command 'run'(right click on windows icon and choose run) type msinfo and there you can see what is the version of your BIOS.

Here is an example. If your version isn't 1.11 then you have to update it from here.

Did you try installing the driver again? If you can't, I don't know what else could be done, except contacting Acer.

Also in device manager try uninstalling this 'display' and then restart the PC and let windows install the driver by itself.

i would suggest a factory reset, prior contacting Acer support service.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
