I just bought predator G3-710 from costco two weeks ago, and the  computer automatic reboot again and again, and I returned it, then change a new one, but the new one still automatic reboot, it has been more than 5 times within 1 hour. Have anyone have the same situation for this computer? I think must have something wrong with the driver. Have anyone can solve this problem? Thx

Updating BIOS is possible to fix it. Download latest BIOS version from this link under BIOS/Firmware: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support-product/6373?b=1
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

What is your BIOS version on board? In RUN command enter 'msinfo32'. Click on system summary and there you will find what you current version of BIOS is.

I don't see a reason why it wouldn't let you update it.

What do you think is the reason for this sudden reset of the PC? Does it happen when it is under load only, or it happens anytime?

it happened anytime, youtube, internet, open word or excel, even sometimes you do nothing. BTW this is the second one, the first one is the same problem, I already returned it. but this one still has the same problem.

It looks like some manufacture error. I would contact Costco again and tell them that this device has the same issue.

about reboots, please try this software and report the results:

    download this tool, whocrashed:
    http://www.resplendence.com/download/whocrashedSetup.exe

before running it, browse to C:\windows\minidump
delete all files apart the first 2-3 files (newest)
then install whocrashed and run it
    click on Analyze
    report here the result.

about not being able to update BIOS, any errors reported during flash?

    I'm not an Acer employee.
