Run Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragger ,

Update your Browser, Flash Add-ons,

Check your internet connection speed.

Empty browser cache, etc.

Check your firewall security level.

i already did disk cleanup. sometimes when it freezes it says I am using 100% of disk c. Then it goes down and works again.
