I bought a replacement battery but not charging, the system Icon inficate that the laptop is pluged but the battery remains on the energy percentage as I bought it, that is the issue

I'm sorry to hear that the battery replacement is not charging either. It is unlikely but the battery could be bad. The other conclusion would be that there is something wrong with the mainboard and the battery connector that is not allowing the adapter to charge the new battery.

I would recommend first trying to get your replacement battery replaced and if that does not work, contact technical support in your region for repair as there may be a hardware concern.
