Problem with wireless network adapter

Hi,

I have just purchased a new acer laptop and it keeps disconnecting from the internet and then reconnecting again. When i click toubleshoot problems it says it is resetting the wireless network adapter. This fixes the connection temporarily. It disconnects regularly. I have used this laptop with several networks and have had the same problem so it is not a problem with our network.

Any suggestions for what is wrong with it or how i can fix it? I have only just bought it and it is brand new. I've posted the model below.

Any help would be appreciated!

Acer V5-571 Laptop - 15.6ins - Intel Core i5 Processor - 500GB Hard Drive - 6GB RAM - Black

What is the driver version of the Atheros wireless adapter?

Have you attempted to upgrade the driver?

Give it to the store, there is no solution to the problem.
