My Acer aspire 4750g laptop LCD monitor having black horizontal line(even in BIOS startup)

It can be a bad cable or LCD problem, moving the monitor will make any change on black lines?

have you try to press around the LCD frame and see if black lines disappear?

If both fails, you need to contact Acer support service.

Yeah I am from Sri Lanka.
I bought my Acer Laptop from Sri Lankan Acer Agent called "Metropliton".
I have also registered my product under following site.
https://account.acer.com/myaccount/
Created an account and registered my laptop with given SNID and Serial number 2 years ago.

But when I tried to contact or chat with acer operator from India or Singapore ,the online system says my product is not registerd.
I don't know the reason.
If you know any trusted/guaranteed e-bay dealer/seller please let me know.
