Do you disable the wifi when using LAN connection?
have you tried to reboot your router?
when connected with LAN cable, right click on the network icon near clock and date, select "open network and sharing", click on the blu "ethernet" label, on the next windows click on "details", check if gateway and DNS is the IP address of your router or compare to other device connected to the same router.
