OK, found the problem.  Acer's site does NOT like 'Opera',  my browser.

Looks like everything works in 'Firefox'.

    Thanks for the help Leho.

    Go to acer.com

    Select your country

    Select Drivers and Manuals

Via the menu input your computer model

    Select documents

You should then see a list of the downloadable documents available from Acer.

Tech spec and other info is available from the Products option on the home page.

    Thnx for the response Leho.

    I did what you said.

Since I was not sure what the MODEL# is, I tried this  V3-731-4634  and  this  NX.M34AA.005.

Neither worked, frankly I don't think that page is working, I didn't even get an error message.

Once you have selected  Support, and then Drivers and Manuals -

    under Group, select Notebook

    under Series, select Aspire

under Products, scroll way down the list and select 'Aspire V3-731'

scroll down a little bit and see that you have all the available drivers listed

select Documents and you can download both that are available.

I tried those yesterday & again today.  Apparently those features are NOT working.  Nothing is displayed when I click on those areas(i.e. Group, Series & Products).

BTW, at the bottom of the page the message 'Service not available' is displayed.

You are welcome.  Enjoy your V3.  Don't forget to register it with Acer.
