I have Acer Travel Mate 8471 with Windows 7. It is pressing one key continuously, hence I cannot work on built-in keyboard. I want to disable one key or whole keyboard and want to use external keyboard. In Device manager there is no option of disable keyboard.

Connect your external keyboard and uninstall the laptop keyboard in Device Manager.

Have you tried blowing out the keyboard with a can of air?
