As much as I'm disappointed that it isn't up.
I understand very well, these are company matters, policies and stuff. Certain steps must be followed. So I have chosen to be patient instead of come on here to demand the software. As I know it's not like they are keeping it away from us for long intentionally. Patience is a virtue!

By the way it's really doesn't metter where they upload and how long it will be on every random filesharing webpage after a day.

Wooah. I honestly didn't think this would happen. Well, not at least in this way. Just a straight up tool to fix the issue. That's nice, very nice. Let's hope that all goes according to plan, and people will be able to do what they originally wanted to do with the hardware they purchased.

Today I can finally post what you are all waiting for. The Fan Controller tool has been put in a public spot.
To anyone that decides to install this tool, please take note once more:

• Acer only supports this tool on Aspire 5750G/5755G notebook systems.
• Acer only supports this tool on Acer OEM Software (Windows 7 installation that your notebook came with).
• Users with other model notebooks should not use this tool. Doing so will be completely at your own risk.
• Other OS'es may run this tool, but Acer did not test or verify this. Therefore, Acer is not responsible for any bad consequences when using the tool in environments other than stated above.

Feel free to have an open discussion after this post about results. I do have to tell you all that I am going to be less frequent in this topic, though.

OMG! I have 5755G! Please does this work?! 5750 and 5755 use same BIOS.

But I can't install on aspire 5755g... I know you said it's for the 5750g but 5755g and 5750g is totally the same... I running an 5750g bios at the moment and when I try to install: "This is not right product code". O.o

I have 5755G too So disappointed! Hoepfully somebody mods it. Sad!
