Hi, I'm upgrading from 4gb to 8gb chip, where do I open the notebook to access the slot?  Man thanks for your assistance!

You won't have an easy time doing it. It requires you to remove the whole keyboard, hard drive, CPU fan, motherboard, wireless card, and disconnecting 8 wires in order to access the memory RAM underneath.Unless you are very skilled at disassembling laptops,you could end up with a dead unit.
