Hello,

I have a v3-771g notebook which i have recently upgraded to windows 8.1. Since upgrading, the bluetooth mouse at random times will stop working. Simply going to bluetooth device properties will restore functionality. This is quite annoying. From what i've read, its a known windows issue but no one has a solution. Anyone have any advice on how to resolve this issue?

Hi Neil. You may want to try to download and install the 8.1 bluetooth driver assuming you have the Atheros hardware. Click the support button at the top of this page. Click your country. Click drivers and manuals. Choose notebook, aspire v3-771g and Win 8.1 for a list of drivers.
