I have already suggested that you restore the system to factory defaults. This would eliminate any software issue on the system. You stated that you have done so.
We do not support or advise on HDD replacement.
If you have additional concerns with the system, please contact Acer Sweden as you have done previously.

Colors are fine on the TV, but not on the internal display.

I have now upgraded my bios to the latest version but there was the same error on my screen?
Acer in Sweden told me to upgrade the Bios and that should solve the problem. But the colors are wrong red is either pink or orange? I have also used radarsync to update all my drivers on the computer. I saw a webpage where I can buy and replace the screen myself.Can you help me?
