Previous when it come with original HDD, it does happen sometimes.
And most of the time I didn't notice and the fans still running I put in the bag and it make it very hot.
When I replaced SSD, it became nightmare. Upgrading from HDD to SSD should just increase my productivity but it turns out this way. Quite depressing.

I assume you're not using the old HDD right now. What procedure or media did you use to install the operating system on your new SSD? You might want to temporarily replace the new SSD with the old HDD to see if an erecovery from the old HDD's recovery partition will fix the sleep problem. If it does, we can proceed with trying to do the same with the new SSD.

Yup. I'm no longer using the old HDD.
and that's the problem, the old HDD is somehow malfunction.
It was corrupted, at least I think windows, I can't repair it nor fix it, that is the reason why I changed into SSD.
So yup, thanks for the suggestion, and I don't think it works.
Perhaps any existing acer E1-572G user can show us what is the current drivers for Intel and AMD they are using.
Maybe we can just use it.
Thanks.

OK. So what procedure or media did you use to install the operating system on your new SSD? Was it generic Windows or Acer Windows specific to your particular model?
Thanks

Since the old HDD kinda corrupt/spoiled.
I don't have time to recover it anytime soon.
I'm using a brand new Windows 8.1 Pro media file and product key I got from MSDN Subscription and do a new installation.
Booting from USB and install the Windows in UEFI mode.
I'm not sure what is the generic means?
But I'm sure it is not Acer Windows Specific particular for this model.
