I confirm that the workaround is to activate the bletooth.

I found the specifications of the device : http://unex.com.tw/product/dhxa-195#Specifications

If BT is off, the device activates the secondary antenna (diversity)
Apparently there is a bug in the driver when this happens.

may i have the version of your computer and if it is 32-bit or 64-bit? Dont worry i am not a hacker i am just anxious to get this problem fixed thanks

Where can i find v10.0.0.227 and how can i activate bluetooth? it just doesnt do anything. im downloading atheros bluetooth driver v7.4.0.170 now.  Will see if it works.

You can find the last drivers on http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/

To activate BT run program Acer Fast-Lane or (in windows) change your setting PC (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/change-pc-settings#1TC=t1)

Try my suggestion: turn on the bluetooth and leave it on.

This is not the solution but only a workaround...waiting the new drivers....

I'm actually running windows 7 so can you tell me how do i activate BT in 7?

Right Click on "My Computer" icon.

Select "Manage"

Select "Device Manager"

Expand "Bluetooth"

Right Click on "Bluetooth USB module"

Select "Enabled"

Select "Enabled"

There is no Bluetooth that i can expand. :/
