Acer e3-111 (E11) cannot connect to an BYOC products

I have an ACER ID and it connects in this website perfectly, but when I try to log in abDocs, acer files or any other BYOC app, it say this

    Hi Smirnoff,

     

    Maybe there is some problem during updating. Just try to uninstall all abApps, Acer Portal and AOP Framework. Then go to https://www.cloud.acer.com/ops/downloads to download and install them again.
