Hi, I have an Acer V3-771g, and recently, I haven't been able to get any internet connection, wireless or wired. I have updated the drivers from the Acer site, but no luck yet. This isn't a problem with any other device using the router, so it can only be my laptop. I've also tried uninstalling recent Windows Updates, and after restarting nothing changed.

Sidenote: There are a lot (58) Windows Updates that need to be installed, but can't be done because of the internet.
Any ideas?

Does it work if you take it to a neighbor's house or a publice wifi like starbucks? Have you tried resetting your router and modem?
