Hi,

I have an Acer Aspire E1-522.  I am trying to find out why when I click on Acer Recovery Management it does nothing.  Just in case I ever need it I would like to be able to use it.  In Programs and Features (Windows 8) the version number is 6.00.810

I had the exact same problem out of the box with my R7.  I posted on here and got nada.
I simply used Windows' own software to make a recovery.

Thanks.  I just got a message that said a Technician would call me within 24 hours.  I'll let you know what they say if they call.
