Acer Backup Insufficient Permission

Each time I attempt to backup, I recieve a message at conclusion "Insufficient permission"  I would like to know what this means and how to deal with it?   Thank You

    Try running your backup software as Administrator.

    (Right click stortcut and select 'Run as administrator'.)

    This will elevate your privilege level.

    Where are you tring to back . Is it on external hard drive or DVD?

    I  have same problem, I am trying to backup on to external hard drive.

    Glad it worked for you.

    You can also set it to always run as Administrator if you wish:

     

    Right click shortcut

    Click Properties

    Click Advanced...

    Check Run as adminstrator
