I recently reinstalled windows 8.1 on my aspire v5-571p touch screen laptop and i couldn't find the appropriate display adapter driver or VGA driver. I have tried all the drivers from acer's and intel's website that are meant to be for the specefied model but none of them could solve the problem. Those i downloaded from acer's wesite gives the error message "computer doesn't meet minimum requirements ".
if i install older versions, the screen become blurry and i almost see nothing. That's so frustrating!!

Because of this problem, i can't use any softwres that needs the graphics support (simulations....emulations...games) and even i could't control the screen brightness.

Have you installed ALL of the Windows 8.1 Microsoft updates?

Here is the Acer Intel driver:

    Try it Intels way:http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033916.htm

it says: "The best driver software for your device is already installed" even when there's only microsoft basic display adapter.

if you have already installed nvidia drivers, uninstall it, then on device manager choose the Intel VGA and uninstall it too.

then reboot and install Intel drivers first then nvidia drivers.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
