Acer products and support

I had an issue with an Acer product I bought from Staples Canada. I had to call the Acer technical centre. The agent over the phone had BOSS attitude. He was so rude. He pretended like I knew nothing and he knew all. He was questioning and answering himself. He would not listen to me. When he listened he pretended like he did not like my English. He was so impolite.
I am so lost in the product I bought. I had an issue with my product. I sent it Acer techniciens. They could not fix it. They gave me a refurbished one. I again got the same issue with the product. I called the center. After being more than one hour they told me to send them the refurbished to them on my own expenses since it is their duty to pay the expedition charges. I am so disappointed.
