first of all:

Windows logo key + x
click on Device manager

if Yellow exclamation mark is present
double click on it
choose "Details" tab
from dropdown menu, select HardwareIDs
click on the first value and copy/paste it here

then you can try the Intel drivers update utility:

intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

run it and check if it finds any graphic driver

have you check if you can set manually the screen resolution?

right click the desktop

choose Display resolution

check if you can change the display resolution
