    rintu100,

My first suggestion would be to make sure you are downloading the correct Bluetooth drivers by clicking on this link (Need to know the hardware on your system to choose the right drivers?) on this page: It will download a utility that will tell you which Bluetooth driver you need to install, there are four listed, that might be the problem. Also, please make sure you are selecting the correct Windows 7 (32- or 64-bit) version from the drop down list.

Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then, under System, clicking Device Manager.
If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Where you see the Yellow exclamation mark, double click it, choose "Details" tab, from the dropdown menu choose "HardwareIDs", click the first string and copy/paste it here.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

there is no yellow mark in device manager list.

devices are working properly shown , but any ddevice did not detect my laptop or my lapare top detect any bluetooth device.

you give me a link of software vendor detection.

This software detect bluetooth comes from brodcom.

but properties of device shows it comes from atheros.

i have download both software from acer website. brodcom did not detect bluetooth hardware, atheros was iinstalled successfully.

    all are ok.

but bluetooth did not detect any device.

is there any problem in windows?

I apologize for the delayed response, I have been out of the office on business. The link I provided to you is the closest Acer site that supports your system, http://www.acer.co.in/ac/en/IN/content/drivers

If the hardware detection too,l is telling you that you have Broadcom hardware for the BT, you should use the drivers labeled Broadcom. If it is showing something else, it is likely the wrong drivers were downloaded and installed at some point and that is what it is showing. You can uninstall the BT drivers from the device manager, and then install the downloaded Broadcom drivers from our site and it should populate as Broadcom.
