Under warranty Notebook is giving frequently Hard Disk problem

My underwarranty notebook i5 has frequent Hard Disk problem. Although the problem is resolved by authorized service center I want to replace the notebook. so how can i replace ? There is no Acer Office in Kuwait. How can I contact and replace it ?

    Do you still have a hard disk problem after the service center 'fixed' it?
