    try this:
at boot press ALT+F10 , this will start Acer/windows recovery.
    From the Recovery screen
    Click on Troubleshoot.
    Click on Advanced Options.
    Click on Startup Settings.
    Click on Restart.
The PC will now reboot to the Startup Settings screen.
Press 4 to Enable Safe Mode as prompted.

once in Safe mode, go to Device manager, click on Display adapters, right click on your VGA and choose uninstall(tick to uninstall software too).

reboot normally and check if black/blank screen is fixed.

ok, you don't have it, download windows 10 and create an USB bootable media:

    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

run the microsoft tool, plug an USB flash drive and follow on screen instructions.

once created the bootable flash drive, plug it on your B113, press F12 and boot from the USB flash drive then

    repair my pc

    Click on Troubleshoot.
    Click on Advanced Options.
    Click on Startup repair

let it try an automatic repair.

or you can try a system restore if you have a restore point before this issue.

yes i know you already installed windows 10 on your laptop, but since you can't access windows recovery, the only way to do it, is to create a bootable media and use its recovery. Smiley Happy

    wait wait....

unplug the USB flash drive, boot pressing F2 to enter BIOS, is the HDD listed under SATA devices?

that message tells you that both HDD and USB are not bootable device, have you created the USB flash drive using Media creation tool from my link?

downloaded windows 10 media and clicked on create an USB bootable media device?

not need of the serial key if you already installed windows 10 on your laptop from previous windows version.

just skip that steps and the first time you will connected to the web, it will be authenticated.
