    From the Manual

    HDD/HARD DISK DRIVE HDD 60G 5400RPM TOSHIBA  HDD 60G 5400RPM TOSHIBA KH.06004.007

    HDD/HARD DISK DRIVE HDD 60G 5400RPM SEAGATE ST96812A HDD 60GB SEAGATE ST96812A KH.06001.007

    HDD/HARD DISK DRIVE HDD 60G 5400RPM WD WD600UE-22KVT0 HDD 60GB WD WD600UE- 22KVT0 KH.06008.004

    HDD/HARD DISK DRIVE HDD 80G 5400RPM HITACHI "HDD 80G 2.5"" 5400RPM HGST" KH.08007.013 ETC.

Why don't you just turn it over, tale out the three screws, remove cover, two more screws, remove HDD and see. % min. work.

    Hey there Miloske84 Smiley Happy

The laptop uses a standard 2.5" SATA drives and you are free to use HDDs, SSHDs and SSDs. Though it would give you some benefits, a current SSD would be bottlenecked by the older SATA bus on the laptop and you won't be able to utilize its full potential. What is the laptop being used for? I could suggest checking out the 2.5" WD Blue SSHD that would give you quite the performance on the cached files and still quite good storage space and performance for everything else.
