My Acer Extensa 4420 Network Drivers won't install.

A few days ago i re-installed Vista. I had to re-download and install the drivers from Acer's website. All of the drivers installed fine except the Broadcom Network driver. I made sure i had the correct OS selected when downloading the drivers. i'm left with a message telling me to "Insert My Network Card". I know that the card is inserted in device manager and even tried re-inserting it. I have no idea what to do. I am posotive that the card is Broadcom because it tells me on the bottom of the Acer Extensa 4420 Laptop. When i re-install Windows 7, the internet works without a flaw. But, it won't turn on at all (even with the switch on the front) with Windows Vista.

Go to System Info/components/Network/Adapter and find it. It should tell you what it is.
