When I put a CD-Rom in the drive it will start to run and then it stops and gives me error message "F:\ The directory name is invalid." I am currently using an Acer Aspire 5560 with Windows 10 on it when I encounter the problem. DVDs and Audio CDs work perfectly fine however.

I have tried many different approaches to the issue including:

-Uninstalling the CD/DVD drive and restarting my computer.

-Running the computer in safe mode.

-Disabled and re-enabled the drive.

-Tried using the Hardware Troubleshooter.

-Used the System File Checker Tool.

-Tried the "Right click the diskmgmt.msc icon in the Search Results and Run As Administrator."

-Tried changing the drive letter.

-Searched for updates to see if that was the issue, it was not.

To name a few that I tried. I've been searching all possible options that I read about on the web.

I've run out of ideas and when I contacted Microsoft they told me to contact Acer so here I am. I just want this fixed so that I may view my graduation photos I just recieved in the mail on a CD-ROM.
