Aspire E-15 audio sync issue

Hello!

So, this is just a minor blip, but shortly after I got my Aspire E-15 (just this past summer) I noticed that when I watched videos the audio was slightly unsynced with the visuals. It's like watching a poorly dubbed foreign movie.

It's only off by a little bit, but it's still irritating. I was hoping there was a reason for it happening/a way to fix it.

The laptop is new and in good condition. I keep up with updates (it currently has Windows 10), use Google Chrome, and my Wifi connection is strong. Did I just get unlucky...?

Thanks in advance!

If this concerns Netflix, try this,

    1) In Netflix go to the bottom.
    2) Click on Help Center.
    3) Then click on Internet Connection Speed Recommendations.
    4) Then click on Video Quality.
    5) I set mine to Medium
    6) Finally, clear the box that reads, "Prefer HTML5 player instead of Silverlight."
    7) Click the "X" in the upper right to end procedure.
    8) The audio and video will now be in sync.

It does it with Youtube and any other site that streams videos, but if I ever end up using Netflix I'll refer back to this.

Try a different browser and  or  go to settings and uncheck.... use hardware acceleration when available thats what its called in slimjet anyway , try that or firefox and see if it fixes the prob .
