Can't boot to BISO Model: ES1-533-P7T9

Recently I bought a refub one from littlewoods UK.

When I unboxed it yesterday it worked running all initial settings in windows 10 just fine.

But soon I found that the battery seemed to be dead due to possibly sitting in the box for too long.

(it does not charge at all after 1 hour it's still at 1%)

So I put it into "sleep mode" (I guess I'm wrong from here),

disassembled everything and replaced a 8G ram & SSD,

then plugged in AC (without battery) then it's totally dead.

Can't get in BISO and nothing showed up on screen.

All I get was that the CPU fan turning at full speed after powering up.

(I did replaced new thermal gel but still the same not likely to be overheating)

I tried the 30-second powerbutton hardware reset method but still the same issue.

Help please thank you for reading this message.

-update

I plugged another functioning battery then turned on(without AC), the orange light kept blinking still not turning on.

Mate thank you so much for your advice & concerns! That's a good lesson for me.
I think I'll be fine 'cause whenever I shop outside my own country I always use a debit card.
Probably a dumb act for savings but a bit more safe & clear,
no credit score issue be concerned like this time I bought this laptop.

I know buying a refub item is like buying a lottery,
if you get a good one then it's a great jackpot steal!
Besides actually I was just testing how many days it would take to deliver to my country from UK,

(got to say I'm not running any business for this),
also testing the quality (durability) of the product provided by a random retailer from the internet.
(like buying triple high-risk lottery at once XD).

For many years of my computer maintenance experience,
I can tell this is not a good one.
But I'm not here to complain or argue about how bad it is,
simply just asking if anyone could share a possible solution that I haven't tried before.
Please share some ideas if you have similar issue before & of course if you have time.
Thanks again for reading this message!

I miss those good old days & good old motherboards, mate.....

Back in around 2007~2009 when laptops were too heavy over 2.3 kg in average,
I didn't really want to carry a 80 degree brick around everyday in campus.
A mid-level Intel CPU at that time was the Merom dual-core series,
which no matter what maker you have you got to get a better cooling system (heavier) for better temperature & performance.

Getting a better customized upgrade wasn't an option for me,
so I ripped off the keyboard pad & bottom case,
leaving only the motherboard to the fresh air XD.
When at home I attached VGA cable for bigger screen while using a desk fan blowing straight to it.
When going out I carry the original laptop screen and the motherboard itself only,
reducing at least 500g to carry around.

Since the original power button on the keyboard pad was gone,
I had to use a piece of metal to "trigger" the power,
either I used the tip of the box cutter or a key to turn on my laptop XD.
The places I lived where the humidity were mostly over 70% high.
No matter how mean, how violent I was to my device (Acer),
or how often I switched different HDD or upgrade a RAM in any circumstances,
this beloved device lasted more than 3 years,

amazed & amused lots of my friends until I get a new one.

Now because believing in such great product durability & quality line control that Acer could provide,
I did the same tests on my new ES1-533-P7T9 in 2017 but the result was...sigh.....

    You're absolutely right, mate!

    No issue at all!
It's just me with my.... heart-breaking wallet here.....

    Hi

    Sales of Goods Act

If it is not of merchantable quality - REJECT IT.

Distance Selling Regulations - Unhappy - REJECT IT.

Paid by CC tell your card issuer if it was over £100, they are liable jointly?

Get your money back today.  Kick up a fuss, complain and then COMPLAIN again.

AVOID buying from people like catalogues, no matter how cheap because you get lumbered with the debt.  AND risk getting a bad credit score when things go wrong, thru no fault of your own.

Save the money in the Post Office/Building Society or a CREDIT UNION and then use it wisely.

    If in doubt please ask.

    Hi

    Similar issue?  NO.

Think what could be wrong with a dis-assembled laptop?  NOPE.
