Is the Acer, Model  T3-100 compatible with Printer HP Deskjet F4435?

Printer compatibility depends on your operating system and whether or not drivers are available.

For your particular printer you can either use the Windows inbuilt driver:

Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
Click 'Add a printer'
Select 'Add a local printer'
Select the correct port and click 'Next'.
From the manufacturer list, select HP.
Select 'HP Deskjet F4400 series'.
