I hv an acerpower f5 desktop running windows XP prof.since installing avg 2013 antivirus, am no longer able to login as an adminstrator coz once I enter my password, I get th blue screen error: ***STOP: 0x000000C2(0xCDE3E000,0x00000000,0x00000000)
Beginning dump of physical memory.
I hv a 2nd account with no administrative rights(prog install/uninstall ,file delete,formatting etc) and even when logged in thru it,th comp juz crashes without notice to th same above error.how cn I fix it? JOSSIE

Hello!

It seems as if AVG may be causing the problem.

Try booting in to safe mode - restart your PC & continually press F8, then select the Safe Mode option. Uninstall AVG in the normal manner. If you are unable to uninstall it, try using AVG's own removal tool here (Just make sure you select the correct one for your version).

Once completed, restart your PC & see if you can log in as administrator. If all is OK, then you can either reinstall AVG or perhaps try another anti virus program.
